MORCSA’s Governance Framework sets out the structures, rules and standards that guide how the organisation operates, makes decisions, regulates its Members and gives effect to its purpose.
These documents provide the foundation for consistent, transparent and accountable governance across MORCSA and should be read together where applicable. They include the constitutional, membership, conduct, complaints and related governance instruments that regulate the relationship between MORCSA, its Members and its governing structures.
The Governance Framework is intended to promote integrity, accountability, fairness, consistency and sound decision-making, while supporting MORCSA’s role in advancing professional standards within the mortgage origination industry.
