MORCSA membership is structured to recognise the different roles within the mortgage origination industry. Our membership framework includes Corporate Members, Key Individuals and Practitioner Members, each with specific responsibilities and accreditation requirements.
Corporate Members are organisations that provide mortgage origination services through registered Practitioner Members.
They pay the applicable Membership Contribution, comply with MORCSA’s Accreditation Rules, and are recorded in the Members’ Register together with their relevant Key Individuals.
Key Individuals are the directors, officers, trustees or members of a Corporate Member who are recognised by MORCSA in relation to that organisation’s membership.
Practitioner Members are natural persons who provide Mortgage Origination Services directly to Consumers.
They must comply with the requirements of MORCSA’s Accreditation Rules and be registered, or accepted for registration, in the Members’ Register.
