He is an admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer, a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Ethics Officer and an experienced Master Property Practitioner. He also holds a degree in Social Work and is currently completing his Executive MBA with Henley Business School Africa,
Through his work with MORCSA, Louis is actively involved in industry governance, professional standards, regulatory engagement, education and the continued professionalisation of the Mortgage Origination industry in South Africa.

Alan Rubin is a highly experienced legal and business executive with more than three decades of professional experience spanning law, property finance, mortgage origination, business strategy and executive leadership.
His extensive legal and commercial background provided a strong foundation for his subsequent leadership within South Africa’s mortgage origination and property finance sector.
Alan has been closely associated with ooba Home Loans for many years and currently serves as its Chief Operating Officer.

Alan has played an integral role in the development of the Mortgage Origination Regulatory Council of South Africa (MORCSA) and currently serves as Chairman of the MORCSA Board.

Shaun Rademeyer is the CEO of MultiNET Home Loans and a respected leader within South Africa’s property and financial services industry. He is driven not only by personal achievement, but by a commitment to creating opportunity and taking others with him on the journey to success.
Over the course of his career, Shaun has held several strategic roles across the insurance, property, and mortgage origination sectors, including senior positions in short-term insurance and national sales and management leadership within the home loan industry.
These experiences have provided him with a deep, practical understanding of property finance and the mechanics of bond origination — enabling him to bring fresh thinking and disciplined strategy to the sector.

Mary Lindemann is the Chief Operations Officer at BetterBond and MortgageMax, overseeing the day-to-day operations of these leading bond origination businesses.
With a deep understanding of industry dynamics and strong relationships built over time, she plays a pivotal role in managing partner contracts, supporting regional offices and driving business growth.
A dedicated leader with a passion for collaboration and mentorship, Mary believes in the power of inclusion and continuous learning.
Her strategic mindset and commitment to excellence make her a respected voice in the industry.
Mary joined the MORCSA Board in 2024.

Dinesh started his career in Marketing Management and that ventured into his current business, Durban Property Finance (DPF Home Loan Negotiators) where he has served as Director for 22 years.
Dinesh offers more than 25 years of industry related experience in financial field of home loans origination.

Elmar began his professional career in education in 1990. In 1996, he transitioned into the banking sector, joining NBS where he began building his expertise in home loans and property finance. During his time at NBS, he held various roles within the home loan division, gaining comprehensive operational and strategic experience in mortgage lending.
In 2013, Elmar founded Bond Gallery and currently serves as its Managing Director. Under his leadership, Bond Gallery has grown into one of South Africa’s leading bond origination businesses, recognised for its innovation, strong national footprint, and consistent year-on-year growth.
With over two decades of experience in banking, home loans, and bond origination, Elmar brings extensive industry knowledge, entrepreneurial insight, and strategic leadership to the MORCSA board.

Maritha has over three decades of experience in the banking, property, and mortgage origination industries. Having built a successful career in home loan finance, she established herself as an Estate Agency Principal at one of South Africa's leading real estate agencies, gaining valuable insight into both the finance and property sectors.
In 2005, she co-founded Green Door Home Loans, one of South Africa's established independent mortgage origination businesses.
Maritha is passionate about advancing the mortgage origination industry, promoting professional standards, and fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders.

Bradd has over 30 years of experience in industries that are directly relevant to our world, including 14 years at Ooba, more than 2 years as GM of Pam Golding Group and 2 years as Global Sales Director Carrick Wealth, and a 3-year stint early in his career at African Life Assurance.
This unique blend of experience, along with his strong grounding in sales provides a solid foundation for Bradd to add value to any organisation.
Bradd is currently serving as the Head of Sales for BetterBond.

After five years in the auditing profession, and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at the end of 1999, Herman started his career with ooba (formerly Mortgage SA) as CFO.
This was the very beginning of the mortgage origination industry. In 2008 he left ooba to start a bridging finance business with two partners.
In 2010 this business transformed into another mortgage origination business that is today known as GetGo Home Loans.
Herman spent almost 8 years at Capfin. First as CFO, then COO, and for the last two and a half years as CEO.
In early 2020, he rejoined his two partners at GetGo Home Loans where he currently serves as Executive Director.

Craig has always been passionate about people, a passion that led him to study Human Resource Development after leaving school. He began his career at ABSA (formerly Volkskas) in 1995, gaining experience across a variety of roles before joining the Regional Office Home Loans division in 2001.
After leaving ABSA, Craig successfully ran his own home loan origination business for eight years before joining MortgageMax in 2013 as National Business Development Manager.
With extensive experience across the home loan and bond origination industry, Craig brings valuable insight and expertise to his role as a board member of MORCSA, where he is well positioned to contribute to the continued growth and success of the industry.
This refers to the provision by Members to Consumers of financial services relating to the provision of credit and includes services entailing the submission of an application, on behalf of the Consumer, to one or more Credit Providers for financing to acquire or refinance an immovable property, renovations to an immovable property and/or any products that accede to an immovable property by way of a mortgage bond product offered by those Credit Providers.
There are 3 membership types - Corporate Members, Key Individuals and Practitioner Members. The definitions and eligibility criteria of these three membership types are more fully explained in the Memorandum of Incorporation and Accreditation Rules.
Any entity or person desirous to be a Member of MORCSA must comply with the eligibility criteria of a Corporate Member, Key Individual and/or Practitioner Member as set out in the Accreditation Rules.
